The jury members evaluate the following organoleptic characteristics:
1. Appearance (gloss, transparency, saturation and typical color)
2. Aroma: intensity
3. Aroma: quality
4. Taste and olfactory sensations: intensity
5. Taste and olfactory sensations: quality
6. Overall impression, harmony.
All competition samples are tasted blind and evaluated according to a 100-point system.
Wineincognito programme will be used to assess wine samples. The system automatically generates a final score from the assessments of all jury members.
At the end of the contest, the jury's scores and comments will be available to the contestants in the Wineincognito personal account.
